  • When can I reserve a lot? Contact us to reserve your new home!

  • Will there be spec houses available? We are currently building 12 spec homes.

  • Can I pick my paint colors and finishes? There are selection packages buyers can choose from.  

  • What are the lot sizes? All lots are flat lots with sizes varying from 5300 +/- to 10,576 +/-.

  • Are the lots fenced? All lots will be fully fenced as part of the purchase price with cedar fencing as a standard feature. 

  • Is there green space? Many lots back to green spaces. There will be a green space inside of the subdivision as well.

  • Are there HOA dues? There are no HOA dues. There are CC&R's to protect the community.

  • How long does it take to build the house? It takes approximately 5 months from the time the foundation is poured to complete the home. 

  • Do you take contracts contingent upon my current home selling? Yes, we do. We prefer to use our lender and realtor, if possible. 

  • Do you have a lender we can use? We've worked closely with Director's Mortgage for the past 25 years. They will offer incentives to our buyers. Call Michelle Nielsen with Director's Mortgage at 503-710-1032.
