  • When can I reserve a home? Contact us to reserve your new home!

  • Will there be spec houses available? 12 new spec homes have begun construction with phase II and phase III has also begun

  • Can I pick my paint colors and finishes? There are selection packages buyers can choose from we build semi custom homes.

  • What are the lot sizes? All lots are flat lots with sizes varying from 5300 +/- to 10,576 +/-.

  • Are the lots fenced? All lots will be fully fenced as part of the purchase price with cedar fencing as a standard feature. 

​

  • Is there green space? Many lots back to green spaces. There will be a green space inside of the subdivision as well.

  • Are there HOA dues? There are no HOA dues. There are CC&R's to protect the community.

  • How long does it take to build the house? It takes approximately 5 months from the time the foundation is poured to complete the home.

  • Do you take contracts contingent upon my current home selling? Yes, we do. We prefer to use our lender and realtor, if possible.
