THE AREA
Ivy Ridge Estates is located in Canby, Oregon. Canby is a rural community located on 99E, 21 miles south of Portland and 35 miles north of Salem. It is home to the Clackamas County Fairgrounds, Swan Island Dahlia Farm, and has close access to the beautiful Willamette River for summer boating and recreation. Although Canby is a rural community, its easy access to I 5 makes going to the city a quick trip. Canby has a “small town” feel evidenced by its traditional July 4th parade and celebration in addition to the summertime “Music in the Park” where local and some well-known musicians perform. With trails and walking paths nearby, as well as Molalla River, there is plenty of opportunity for outdoor recreation nearby.
